What You’ll Do:

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential property losses

• Assess and document damage from wind, hail, water, and other spring-related events

• Capture detailed photo documentation and prepare clear, accurate reports

• Review policy coverage and determine loss scope per carrier guidelines

• Write and submit estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage claim files efficiently while delivering excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensing: Active adjuster license required

• Equipment: Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field tools

• Work Style: Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

• Responsiveness: Ability to accept assignments quickly and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• Background handling residential property claims

• Experience working with insurance carriers

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Ability to manage consistent claim volume in an active market

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
