Role Overview:
As a Daily Property Adjuster, you’ll be responsible for inspecting residential losses, documenting damages, and submitting accurate claim files while maintaining strong communication with all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site inspections of residential property damage

Assess losses related to wind, hail, water, fire, and other covered events

Capture detailed photos, measurements, and field documentation

Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

Manage claims from inspection through submission
Qualifications:

Active Maryland adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license
