Position: Mental Health Outpatient Therapist

Employment Type: Part-time position of up to 30 hours per week, with an opportunity for full-time employment

Pay: This fee-for-service position offers hourly rates of $18.38-$50.50 depending on whether hours are direct or non-direct.

About the Role:

We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide mental health services to individuals and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality in a behavioral health setting.

Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries while delivering client care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
• Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines.
• Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality
• Assures that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as family members and other providers as appropriate.
• Participates in required in-house and appropriate out-of-house trainings
• Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities.
• Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisor
• Attend required psychiatric supervision twice a month

What We're Looking For:

• Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT
• Has a graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United Stated Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum.; or
• Has a bachelor's degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the CHEA in a recognized clinical discipline including social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation or activity therapies; and
• Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders.
• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
