CenCal Health is seeking an experienced Quality Measurement Manager to support our Quality team during a critical period of regulatory reporting and audit activity. This is a 6-month W2 temporary assignment providing leadership and oversight of quality measurement operations, including ongoing NCQA HEDIS Compliance Audits through June 2026.
This role is ideal for a quality leader with strong HEDIS, NCQA, and audit readiness experience who can step in quickly and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Quality Measurement (QM) team, ensuring effective execution of quality measurement and reporting activities
- Manage daily QM operations, staffing, and performance
- Serve as the primary liaison for NCQA HEDIS Compliance Audits, including audit readiness, documentation, and successful completion
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, DHCS, and NCQA requirements
- Oversee timely and accurate submission of HEDIS and other mandated quality reports
- Partner with Quality leadership on quality measurement strategy and performance improvement initiatives
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present quality measurement findings to leadership and committees
- Provide consultation and technical guidance across departments related to HEDIS, quality measurement, and pay-for-performance activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years of experience in healthcare quality measurement, quality improvement, or regulatory reporting
- Demonstrated experience with HEDIS, NCQA Accreditation, and compliance audits
- Experience leading or managing teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within a health plan or managed care environment strongly preferred
