Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Medicare Inside and Field Sales Department to support the launch, growth, and retention of CenCal Health's D-SNP Duals Plan. This role involves leading the development and establishment of a sales department, managing a telesales team and a fully remote field sales team to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Sales department, including staffing, CRM implementation, progressive sales-based compensation, auditing for regulatory and Company-values compliance, and developing training and administrative requirements.
- Manage staff performance through regular feedback, coaching on key performance indicators (KPIs), and motivating employees to achieve their goals in alignment with company objectives. Foster a positive and cohesive team environment.
- Serve as liaison with Compliance to ensure adherence to all regulations, policies, and procedures while championing Continuous Improvement.
- Investigate trends, surface issues, identify root problem and collaboratively work with specific team / individuals to resolve issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends, competitors, Medicare regulations, and relevant legislation to inform strategy and decision-making.
