We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of payroll operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
✅ Process weekly & bi-weekly payroll for field and office employees
✅ Collect, review, verify, and upload employee time — working closely with supervisors
✅ Ensure timesheets are accurate and signed off with any corrections documented
✅ Maintain payroll checklists, binders, and reporting for internal audits and compliance
✅ Manage Paychex uploads, fix errors, verify data, and issue manual checks when needed
✅ Support certified payroll reporting through LCP Tracker and Paychex Flex
✅ Maintain employee deductions and payroll changes (health benefits, 401k, etc.)
✅ Act as the go-to resource for employee payroll questions
✅ Collaborate with HR on employee information and documentation
Who You Are
✔ Construction payroll with Paychex experience preferred.
✔ Strong eye for detail and accuracy
✔ Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
✔ Confident working with spreadsheets and payroll software (Paychex preferred)
✔ Great communication skills — especially when something needs to be corrected
✔ Able to manage deadlines with a “get it done” attitude
✔ Comfortable managing sensitive information with discretion
