We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative with excellent customer service and sales skills to join the #1 team in the country with the #1 training! In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers by phone and email to answer inquiries. You will also be required to process orders, suggest possible sales/upsells, and handle any customer complaints or issues. To be successful in this position, you must be able to establish relationships with customers, work well independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email in a timely manner
Assist customers in placing orders and suggest possible upsells or add-ons
Provide accurate information about products or services
Process orders according to customer requirements
Update customer accounts as needed
Handle any complaints or issues in a professional manner
Sell products/services tailored to customer needs
Follow up with customers after their order is complete
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a customer service role (Preferred)
Excellent written and verbal english communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of CEM Health
Bonus pay available

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
