What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI Generalist position at Celune?
Celune.io — First round of hires
We need someone who can make AI do things that make money.
Not someone who talks about AI. Not someone who reads about AI. Someone who builds weird shit with AI that actually works and drives real business outcomes.
You'll be on the founding team. You'll know how to use AI to:
- Get more users
- Make them stick around
- Build features faster than competitors think is possible
- Automate the boring parts of running a company
- Create systems that sell while we sleep
Sometimes that means writing code. Sometimes it means chaining together 15 different AI tools in unholy ways. Sometimes it means building a custom agent that does the job of a whole department.
Someone who:
Has already built AI systems that produced measurable results. Not prototypes. Not demos. Things that real people used and that moved real metrics.
Understands that Claude can write better SQL than most engineers, Perplexity can do market research faster than consultants, and a well-prompted GPT-5.2 can handle customer support better than most humans — and has acted on this knowledge.
Can show us something they built that made them think "holy shit I can't believe that worked."
Knows enough code to be dangerous but doesn't get religious about programming languages or frameworks. The best code is the one that ships.
Gets genuinely excited about the gap between what AI can do today vs what people think it can do.
What you'll do:
Week 1: Ship something that impacts a real metric
Month 1: Build three AI systems that replace things we thought we'd need to hire for
Month 3: Own entire parts of the business that run on AI infrastructure you built
Month 6: Have a playbook that other companies will try to copy
Founding salary and equity.
How to apply:
Send an email to dyllon@celune.io with:
- a link to something you built with AI that had real impact (with numbers)
- your diagnosis of what flowmind.io should build next based on 5 minutes of research
- the AI tool/technique you're most excited about that nobody's talking about yet
No resume needed unless you really want to send one.
If you're still using ChatGPT Apps like it's 2023, this isn't for you.
If you've already automated half your life with AI, let's talk.
