What are we looking for?
As the Head Lifeguard, you will oversee the training, scheduling, and evaluation of lifeguards while ensuring safety standards are met for patrons in and around the pools. You will report directly to the Aquatics Manager and the Aquatic Assistant Manager.

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Valid Lifeguard certification, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid from an approved agency. (Training available through the company’s training center)

Previous lifeguard experience required two (2) years of paid lifeguard experience or three (3) years of experience in a related field.

Ability to plan, organize, and implement aquatics programs.

Excellent public relations and customer service skills.

Bilingual a plus
Pay and Hours:
Earn up to $17.43 per hour, depending on experience
24-32 hours per week, with availability to work Days & Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays; work required.
