The Villas at Riverwalk, a brand-new Class A luxury apartment community nestled in the beautiful town of Camp Verde, is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective residents and provide outstanding customer service.
- Conduct engaging community and apartment tours.
- Answer leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist with lease applications and move-in paperwork.
- Build relationships with current and future residents.
- Help maintain a professional, inviting leasing office and model homes.
- Support community marketing and resident events.
What We're Looking For
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn property management software.
