Role Description The Stone Countertop Fabricator and Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jupiter, FL. This position is responsible for measuring, cutting, polishing, and finishing stone materials such as granite, marble, and quartz according to project specifications and design plans. Daily tasks include operating fabrication equipment, performing precise templating, preparing substrates, and installing countertops at job sites while ensuring accurate fit, alignment, and secure mounting. The role involves reading and interpreting drawings, collaborating with project managers and field teams, loading and transporting materials safely, and maintaining a clean, organized fabrication and installation environment. The Stone Countertop Fabricator and Installer is expected to follow safety procedures, uphold quality standards, and support efficient project scheduling and completion.
Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in stone fabrication, including cutting, polishing, edging, and finishing natural and engineered stone surfaces.
• Proficiency in countertop installation tasks such as templating, fitting, seaming, leveling, and securing countertops in kitchens, baths, and other interior spaces.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, measurements, and shop drawings, with strong attention to detail and dimensional accuracy.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., saws, polishers, grinders), and adherence to safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials safely, and to work on-site in varying conditions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades.
• Reliable transportation to the Jupiter, FL facility and job sites, with consistent punctuality and dependability.
• Prior experience in high-end residential construction or stone fabrication is strongly preferred; relevant trade or vocational training is a plus.
