Position OverviewAre you pursuing an IT degree or certification—or recently graduated and looking to build real hands-on experience? Join Celsius as a Technical Support Intern, where you’ll support the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of hardware, operating systems, software, cybersecurity tools, asset procurement processes, and data analytics.
This internship is designed to support students and early-career individuals who are developing their IT skill set through academic programs, certifications, or recent graduation. The responsibilities and training are intentionally structured for those at the beginning of their technical journey, offering hands-on experience in a learning-focused environment. As such, the program is tailored for emerging talent rather than those with established professional experience.
Reporting to the SVP of IT, Security and Infrastructure, this role will play a key part in help desk support, IT asset tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and internal technical support operations.
Responsibilities:- Assist in resolving help desk tickets related to basic hardware (Windows, MacOS) and common software tools (Office365, JIRA, Adobe, etc.).
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including helping with hardware/software setup and user provisioning.
- Help maintain IT asset inventories across laptops, peripherals, and software.
- Assist in creating purchase order (PO) requests for hardware or software needs.
- Help troubleshoot office equipment such as printers, conference room tech, Wi-Fi, and related devices.
- Provide support with VPN access, login issues, password resets, email setup, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint navigation.
- Create simple job aids or user guides to help employees use internal applications.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the IT team to support learning and growth.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Interest in developing hands-on experience in desktop support, troubleshooting, and IT operations.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to assist users at varying technical levels.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL.
- Familiarity with basic operating system concepts, hardware components, or common productivity applications (preferred, not required).
- Exposure to ticketing systems, school IT labs, or volunteer tech support is a plus but not required.
