As the Digital Designer, you’ll be a vital creative force within the Alani Nu digital team, shaping engaging content across channels including social media, email, website, and e-commerce platforms. This is your opportunity to bring fresh, innovative design thinking to a fast-growing wellness brand that’s redefining the health and wellness space. You’ll bring a strong foundation in digital-first design, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-impact visual content that evolves and elevates the brand.

**As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to complete a creative project to showcase their design approach and skills.**

• Experience: 4 years of visual design experience within an agency or in-house creative team
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5 years of professional experience
• Portfolio required; include a link in your resume or upload as part of your application.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiar with Microsoft tools
• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and digital-first design across web and social platforms
• Skilled in illustration, typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire team members
• Able to deliver high-quality, thoughtful design solutions under tight deadlines
• Open to feedback, self-motivated, and accountable from concept through execution

• Partner with the Associate Creative Director to develop and deliver high-quality visual content aligned with brand strategy
• Design innovative digital assets across platforms, supporting campaign goals and enhancing user experience
• Contribute to concept development through sketches, mood boards, and visual storytelling
• Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all touchpoints, managing quality control from concept to final output
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and brand teams to execute compelling campaigns and digital experiences
• Lead creative ideation for digital initiatives, including art direction for photoshoots and content creation
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while upholding design excellence and meeting quick turnarounds

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
