Company Description CELO-USA, Industrial division dedicated to designing and producing precision screws and cold-forming components for industrial customers in sectors such as automotive, consumer electronics, household appliances, electrical, and medical industries.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based in Grand Rapids, MI. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery used to manufacture precision screws and cold-forming components, following established work instructions and safety procedures. Daily responsibilities include loading materials, performing basic adjustments, inspecting parts during and after production, and documenting machine settings and output. The role will work closely with the production and quality teams to meet schedules, maintain product standards, and minimize downtime through routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. The Machine Operator is expected to follow all health and safety guidelines and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working with industrial Machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including basic inspection techniques and attention to detail for dimensional and visual checks.
