Job Summary
We are a small start-up company which has been remarkably successful for the recent couple of years. We do not rely on investors’ fundings, rather we have been self-sufficient by selling in-house developed scientific products as well as serving as a contract research organization. We are looking for a recently graduated Ph.D. bioscience/biomedical research scientist who has an exceptional entrepreneurial spirit and motivation who wants to grow together this promising young company to a full-blown biotech (company share option plausible). We specialize in human stem cell research and related product development.
Duties
- Design and execute cutting-edge experiments to investigate key biological processes and mechanisms within the biosciences domain
- Analyze experimental data using advanced statistical and computational tools, ensuring rigorous interpretation of results
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative research strategies and projects
- Prepare detailed research reports, scientific publications, and presentations to communicate findings effectively
- Maintain meticulous laboratory records, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and manage research materials responsibly
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in bioscience research to continuously enhance project quality and relevance
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Biosciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific writing within the bioscience discipline
- Strong proficiency with laboratory techniques such as ELISA, cell culture, microscopy, or proteomics, etc. is highly desirable
- Experience with bioinformatics tools or computational biology is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex scientific concepts clearly and effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and adherence to project timelines

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
