As a Field Construction Technician at CellularOne, you will embrace the adventure of working outdoors, where no day is ever the same! This thrilling position involves excavation, underground construction, civil work, electrical work, fiber work, concrete work, wireless communication tower erection, Line and Antenna installations and upgrades and Microwave backhaul installations and upgrades.
Your role will demand physical prowess, requiring you to reach, climb, kneel, and balance. Knowledge and skills preferred for the position are:
- Ability to work weeklong outings
- Physically and mental ability to climb various types of towers
- Good communication and organizational skills and ability to coordinate with other persons in the industry (Tower owners, customers, engineers, etc.)
- Line sweep and PIM test (Anritzu) experience
- MW alignment and experience
