We are seeking candidates who are customer obsessed, goal-oriented, can multi-task, and who can succeed in a competitive, fast paced environment. Due to the growth of our company, there are opportunities to move into a store management position for successful employees.
Job description
- As a sales associate, you will engage with customers and potential customers to sell wireless devices, plans, and accessories all while delivering an excellent customer experience with a positive and fun attitude
- Demonstrate active listening skills and develop a strong understanding of each customer's needs
- Provide thoughtful recommendations and options with a focus on solving problems rather than pushing products or making a quick sale
- Focus on generating repeat business through a loyal client base and subsequent referrals
- Ability to assist customers with troubleshooting issues on wireless devices
- Recognize, adapt and respond to a range of common retail scenarios and guest personalities
- Multi-task, think on one's feet, and keep calm under pressure amidst time constraints
- Leverage store displays and interactive devices to provide each guest with a unique, immersive experience
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all products, pricing plans, service features, and accessories as well as current company promotions
Requirements:
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work at different store locations
- Previous experience in prepaid wireless sales is a plus but not required
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Team player and a professional who brings a fun attitude and high energy to the workplace
- Customer service focused is a must!
