Summary/Objective Coordinates all travel arrangements for employees under the supervision of the Corporate Travel & Expense Manager. This includes booking air travel, airport transportation, hotels, car rentals and meeting sites, holiday and corporate event planning and rate negotiation.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Must be able to perform repetitious hand/eye movement. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel No travel is expected for this position.

Corporate Travel Coordinator
Job Description
Summary/Objective Coordinates all travel arrangements for employees under the supervision of the Corporate Travel & Expense Manager. This includes booking air travel, airport transportation, hotels, car rentals and meeting sites, holiday and corporate event planning and rate negotiation.
Essential Functions
- Assist employees in arranging and booking all aspects of business travel.
- Works closely with Travel Agency on Concur based bookings.
- Works with hotels and other vendors to negotiate and secure favorable rates and terms.
- Responsible for monitoring hotel credit card authorization and reconciliation.
- Works effectively with various departments on event planning including scheduling, catering and facility preparation.
- Maintains excellent relations with travelers and outside vendors while acting with a sense of urgency.
- Demonstrates excellent telephone and service etiquette.
- Works in fast paced, multi-tasking environment with little supervision.
- Other duties as required to support department.

Required Education And Experience
- 2 year degree
- 1-2 years related experience with Concur or other travel booking system.
- Associates degree in hospitality, travel administration, or related field.
- 2 years’ experience in Travel Agency or Corporate Travel
- Experience with multiple travel tool platforms
