About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving goals and earning strong commissions.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, following up with leads, and helping customers find the right products or services for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and inbound leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements as needed.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with management and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, positive, and professional personality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn.
