JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Responsible for transaction-level reconciliation of revenue activity across multiple systems within the Revenue accounting & reconciliation functions. This role ensures financial accuracy by investigating discrepancies, resolving exceptions, and preparing accounting entries in a high-volume, multi-system environment.
Essential Functions
- Reconcile high-volume transaction activity across multiple systems and pay types
- Research and resolve exception transactions across systems
- Prepare journal entries and reclasses to ensure accurate GL reporting
- Manage ServiceNow tickets for dealer/market follow-up
- Monitor assigned markets and identify trends or irregularities
- Communicate with internal teams and dealers to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely completion of reconciliations in alignment with close deadlines
- Assist with reporting and analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time hybrid position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility in work hours.
Travel
No travel is required for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in accounting, finance, or reconciliation
- Intermediate Excel Skills
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- General ledger experience
- Experience with accounting systems
