EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Executive Operations Assistant will report directly to the Iowa Regional Presidents and be responsible for special projects as described below to support sales metrics, leadership accountability, and market operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Camera Audits and Store Performance
- Conduct regular camera audits to identify low-performing stores, with a focus on New VHI, Perks, and VMP production.
- Evaluate in-store behaviors including:
- Customer greetings at the door
- Account pull-ups and discovery
- Smart Quote utilization
- Team huddles and engagement
- Document opportunity and communicate results directly to ASMs and RPs to enable targeted coaching and follow-up.
Sales and Accountability Audits
- iVAPs Audits
- Appointment/War SKU Sale Audits
- Customer Satisfaction Calls
Connect Site Administration
Maintain and update Iowa Market Connect site with:
- Market news and announcements
- Market policy and document bank
- New promotions and sales opportunities
- Rep and area recognition
- Local and national training resources and videos
Real Estate and Facilities Management
Lease Administration: Coordinate and track store leases, ensuring all renewals, extensions, and lease terms are documented and deadlines are met.
Landlord Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and property managers regarding maintenance requests, rent inquiries, and building compliance.
Construction Project Oversight: Act as the market liaison for construction projects, including new store builds, remodels, and facility upgrades.
Maintenance Liaison: Ensure all market locations meet brand standards by coordinating repairs and facility upgrades.
Culture, Engagement, and Recognition
- Plan area and market outings including holiday parties
- Capture and share:
- Team outings and Elevate photo uploads
- Team meeting photo upload
- Birthday and anniversary celebrations and team member bios
- “Good Morning” Iowa messaging
RP Executive Assistant
- Scheduling
- Concur/Expense Reports
- Travel Arrangements
- Real Estate project management
