You will manage front desk operations, patient scheduling, intake coordination, and ensure a seamless experience from check-in to follow-up.Responsibilities• Greet patients warmly and professionally• Manage multi-line phone system• Schedule consultations and follow-ups• Collect payments (cash-only practice)• Verify patient intake forms and documentation• Coordinate IV room flow and provider schedules• Maintain a pristine and organized reception area• Assist with loyalty program tracking and patient communications• Support email and SMS remindersQualifications• Minimum 2 years experience in medical office or luxury spa environment• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication• Comfortable discussing services and pricing confidently• Experience with EMR systems preferred (OptiMantra or similar a plus)• Detail-oriented and highly organized• Calm, poised, and well-presented• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced settingCompensationPay:  $25-$28 per hour DOEPart-Time or Full-Time AvailableWhy Join Us? • Boutique, high-end medical practice• Calm, professional work environment• Growth opportunity in the longevity medicine field• Work directly with physician leadership
