Deal Depot, a division of Huxcore, is an entrepreneurial e-commerce and liquidation company building a highly organized, efficient warehouse operation from the ground up in West Virginia.

We operate several in-house brands and sell across major platforms including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and more. Our business is scaling quickly, and we've recently launched a new 12,000 sq ft warehouse in Fort Ashby, WV. Organization, accuracy, and continuous improvement are central to how we operate.

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate who takes pride in keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, labeling, systems, and improving workflows. You'll play a key role in maintaining order across thousands of SKUs, ensuring inventory accuracy, and helping the warehouse stay clean, efficient, and predictable as we grow.

This is not a "clock-in, do one task, clock-out" position. You'll actively help shape how the warehouse is organized and maintained day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process inbound shipments
• Organize, label, and shelve products across 7,500 SKUs
• Maintain clear, logical storage layouts and consistent product placement
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy
• Use barcode scanners and digital tools to track inventory movements
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and restocking to maintain inventory accuracy
• Keep work areas clean, labeled, and efficiently laid out
• Identify disorganization, errors, or inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Who We're Looking For

• 1 year of warehouse, retail, or inventory-focused experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented by nature
• Comfortable lifting 30–50 lbs and working on your feet most of the day
• Self-starter who follows systems and improves them when needed
• Tech-comfortable (barcode scanners, tablets, mobile apps, inventory systems)
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in following processes
• Enjoys building and maintaining order in a fast-growing environment

Compensation & Requirements

• $31,200 annual salary, based on experience
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Fort Ashby, WV before starting
• In-person role at our Fort Ashby distribution center
