Position Overview
As a Selling Store Manager, you'll lead from the front by actively driving sales while coaching and developing your team to consistently exceed performance expectations. You'll be responsible for creating a high-energy, customer-focused culture, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding business results.
Success in this role comes from leading by example, holding your team accountable, and inspiring them to achieve both individual and store goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales activities while serving customers on the sales floor.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Drive store performance by achieving sales, profitability, and operational goals.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide consistent coaching to improve results.
- Foster a positive, competitive, and customer-first culture.
- Ensure operational excellence, inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, and policy compliance.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and overall store operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while resolving escalated customer concerns.
- Lead by example through accountability, professionalism, and strong sales execution.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail leadership or management experience required; wireless retail management experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong sales background with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
