Duties
- Safely operate your luxury vehicle for clients, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and attending to their needs with courtesy and discretion
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as car washes, detailing, buffing, and cleaning to keep vehicle in pristine condition
- Manage vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Maintain accurate logs of trips and client interactions for accountability and quality assurance
- maintain timely and reliable communication with dispatch and customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service with transportation experience preferred
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record; proper rideshare/business/commercial insurance is required for your vehicle to maintain legal compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a professional appearance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of service
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that reflects our commitment to client satisfaction
