Position Overview:
Cellgate is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our Business Development team. This role focuses on BDM support and customer relations, and follow-up to drive growth and expand our customer base in the access control and security technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to schedule meetings and demos.
- Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to lead conversion and outreach.
- Provide timely feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
