Cellese, Inc. is looking for a Production Assembler for our fast-growing skincare line. You will be responsible for assisting our production team as we continue to grow. This position will require you to work with efficiency to ensure all products are delivered in a timely manner, while collaborating with other team members to meet our goals.
We are looking for someone with strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to be highly flexible and adapt in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in production for a growing company and will have the solution-oriented vision to help us scale for growth.

Position Overview
Production Assembler Duties:
- Assembler’s tasks include filling, bottling, labeling, lot coding, and boxing products.
- Produce products with attention to quality and detail.
- Perform quality checks on all products.
- Operate machines by cleaning, programming, calibrating and using the mechanism.
- Track and maintain accurate product counts during all production tasks.
- Appropriately clean and sanitize equipment and production stations.
- Occasional interdepartmental cooperation and cross training.
- Perform jobs based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations.
- Perform jobs with minimal mistakes, and maximum efficiency (these points and percentages will be tracked).
- Execute job tasks in a timely manner to meet daily, monthly, and quarterly goals/quotas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of manufacturing or production line experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dexterous and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to keep track of item counts without error.
- Must be able to meet quota/goals with predicted timelines.
- Ability to adapt and function well in a high-paced, ever-changing, and at times stressful environment.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
