Celle Asset Management, a growing Utah-based property management company, is expanding into Arizona! We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead lease-up and operations for a brand-new apartment community in Casa Grande.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role with future growth opportunities in Mesa and Flagstaff.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations
- Lead leasing efforts (marketing, tours, applications, leases)
- Maintain occupancy and reduce vacancies
- Serve as main contact for residents
- Coordinate maintenance and vendors
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and property performance
- Handle rent collection and delinquencies
- Ensure compliance with AZ landlord-tenant laws
- Maintain accurate reports and records
Experience
- 2 years’ experience in multifamily property management
- Knowledge of Arizona rental laws preferred
- Lease up experience preferred but not a deal breaker
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with property management software (ResMan a plus)
- Extensive Fair Housing training and knowledge
- Financial experience (budgeting, collections, reporting)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
