Job description:
We are looking for a store rep with wireless retail experience or willing to learn. Must be responsible, friendly, and professional at all times. Our company, CellCashr, purchases cell phones, tablets, and laptops for cash on site in our store. You must have some knowledge on these kind of electronics, and be able to answer questions and explain the device payouts. You will also be responsible for taking calls and answering messages for the company. You should be proficient in negotiating and enjoy closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Ability to negotiate
- Negotiate and close sales
- Take calls, answer emails and company messages
- Evaluate device condition and function
- Run diagnostic tests via our simple to use testing software
- Ensure customer is happy with payouts and they understand what they are selling
- Cash handling
- Scanning items into inventory system
- Packing, cleaning of devices
- Inventory management
- General upkeep and cleaning of store
- Report to manager any issues, and report status updates throughout day
Skills
- Wireless Sales Experience
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bi-Lingual Spanish ( preferred ) but not mandatory
- Proven work experience with customer service
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Basic understanding of handheld electronics and their function
- High School degree, some college experience required
- Flexibility with schedule
- Basic math skills, ability to count money
- Basic computer skills, ability to scan inventory and use cash POS system
- Ability to perform in fast paced environment
- Self driven
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Ability to work in multiple locations
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
