Role Description The Account Manager role at Cellar is a full-time remote position responsible for managing and growing relationships with distributor partners and brand clients. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new accounts, understanding client goals, and guiding them on how best to use Cellar’s platform to drive engagement and adoption. The Account Manager will monitor account performance, analyze usage and reward data, and provide regular updates, recommendations, and reports to stakeholders. This role will coordinate with internal teams such as product, support, and marketing to resolve issues, implement improvements, and support client campaigns. The Account Manager will also identify expansion opportunities, support renewals, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and platform utilization.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, with experience in account management, customer success, or sales support.
- Proficient in Canva and other design tools, with the ability to create polished campaign assets.
- Ability to interpret data, prepare insights-driven reports, and make recommendations based on usage and performance metrics.
- Comfort working in a remote, digital-first environment, including proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, CRM systems).
- Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to present to stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or working with distributor or brand networks is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
