What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista at Cellar Door Cafe position at Cellar Door Cafe?
Cellar Door Cafe looking for a barista to join our team. This role is firstly customer service oriented, taking orders, making drinks, and managing the workflow and presentation in the cafe. Technical skills include pulling espresso shots, steaming milk, pouring latte art.
Experience is a bonus, but not necessary; we enjoy teaching and are happy to train the right person.
This is a morning position, shifts are typically 7 am - 2 pm, 4 or 5 days per week. We offer structured and dependable pay raises, paid time off, free shift meals and employee discounts.
Responsibilities
- cleaning and maintaining the cafe space
- taking ordering and interacting with customers
- making drinks, coordinating orders with the kitchen
- setting up and cleaning up the stations throughout the day
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a barista a plus
