Food Service Worker

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and taking orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events or catering services.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when required.
• Support dietary needs by assisting with meal preparation for specific dietary restrictions.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Fine dining experience is a plus, showcasing an understanding of high-quality service standards.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Experience as a dietary aide or in catering services is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Barista experience is beneficial for roles involving beverage service.
