Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a contract position. This position is Onsite in Lone Tree, CO - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Bank Marketing and Check Vendor Marketing Credit Campaign / Coordinating.
- Manage the Automatic Cash Promo process.
- Manage client communications and Letter changes.
- Manage changes to existing or new checking related sales material and training.
- Manage financial consultant compensation process and review.
- Manage Online Account Open Enhancements process.
- Coordinate across workstreams, documenting status, next steps, and open items in Excel-based trackers.
- Organize and lead meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Serve as the liaison between marketing, product managers, and other cross-functional partners.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating content and communications, though not directly creating them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel (project tracking), SharePoint, and general PM tools.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
