Location : New York, New YorkJob Type : ContractCompensation Range : $57 - 62 per hourWe're looking for a Brand Manager to temporarily cover for a Sr. Director on maternity leave. This role will focus on operational tasks to ensure workflow efficiency and continuity during the absence. The VP of Marketing will provide strategic guidance while the Sr. Director is away.Responsibilities :
Oversee and maintain international marketing operations, ensuring the smooth execution of established processes and workflows.
Organize and lead regular meetings on international marketing strategy, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
Coordinate across teams and departments to drive consistency and efficiency in executing marketing strategies and campaign rollouts.
Act as the primary point of contact for teams across seven international markets, fostering collaboration and alignment on marketing initiatives.
Support the implementation of global marketing strategies, ensuring adherence to existing frameworks and operational best practices.
Prior international experience is not required but is considered an advantage.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in the Media, Tech, Streaming, or Digital industries.
4 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, with a proven track record of executing 360-degree marketing campaigns.
Background in brand and content marketing within high-volume, fast-paced environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience in international marketing across multiple geographic markets in a matrixed consumer or content-driven business is a plus.
Knowledge of cross-platform marketing, performance media, and marketing distribution partnerships.
Strong understanding of the streaming industry and emerging market trends.
Excellent data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
Experience managing marketing budgets in collaboration with external agencies.
