Location: TelecommuteEmployment Type: Full-Time Contract (40 hrs/week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST / Core Hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST)Contract Length: 6 Months (Potential to extend)Compensation Range: $35 - 41 per hourWe are seeking a hands-on Social Media Strategist to lead day-to-day B2B content strategy and channel execution across LinkedIn and Facebook for a high-growth rentals marketplace division.In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative execution and business strategy. You will own content calendar creation, write sharp B2B copy, produce light video content, conduct social listening, and capture live event content-partnering cross-functionally across Comms/PR, Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales to drive channel growth and audience engagement.Work Arrangement: Remote (Requires willingness to travel 5%-20% for live event coverage) Responsibilities:Channel Strategy & Execution: Own and manage the LinkedIn and Facebook content calendars, publishing 4-5 strategic posts per week and driving proactive community engagement.Content Creation & Optimization: Write, edit, and produce static and video content. Design and execute A/B tests across creative formats and copy to continuously optimize performance.Event & Campaign Support: Build dedicated social support plans for product launches and industry events, capturing and creating content on-site at live activations (travel up to 20%).Social Listening & Analytics: Utilize platforms like Sprinklr to track industry conversations, gather audience insights, and deliver monthly performance reporting to inform business leadership.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Comms, Brand, Lifecycle, and Sales teams to align messaging, manage approval workflows, and amplify key business milestones.Qualifications:Experience: 4 years of B2B content strategy and channel management experience with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn.Content & Technical Skills:Proven hands-on video creation, editing, and graphic production skills.Proficiency with social listening and publishing platforms (Sprinklr or equivalent).Strong copywriting ability with the skill to adapt tone for B2B audiences.Comfort leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization, reporting, and creative generation.Travel & Operations: Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% (minimum 5%) for live event coverage.
