We are seeking a focused and efficient Assistant Designer for a short-term contract (approx. 1.5 to 2 months). In this role, you will act as a key pillar of support for our Senior Design team, helping translate creative concepts into technical realities. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and execution by managing tech packs, maintaining product data, and ensuring seamless cross-functional communication.
Contract Note: Because this is a high-impact, short-term project (< 2 months), we need someone who is highly proficient in industry tools and can onboard quickly with minimal hand-holding.

Responsibilities:
- Design & Sketching: Support the Senior Designer by creating highly accurate, detailed flat sketches in Adobe Illustrator.
- Technical Development: Complete comprehensive tech packs and maintain precise Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the PLM system.
- Visual Organization: Keep digital workspaces, specifically Miro boards, updated and organized to facilitate fluid team collaboration and presentations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Merchandising and Production teams to ensure design intent aligns with business goals, cost targets, and production timelines.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in apparel design (mid-level assistant or associate level).
- Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for technical sketching.
- Hands-on experience managing data and BOMs within PLM software.
- Familiarity with Miro or similar digital collaboration tools.
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of garment construction, textiles, and the product development lifecycle (denim/casualwear experience is a major plus!).
- Work Style: Ability to adapt quickly, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
