Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on phones, plans, accessories and many more.
• Maintain attractive displays through merchandising and stock replenishment to enhance the shopping environment
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting regular stock checks
• Answer customer inquiries via phone communication promptly and professionally

Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedures
• Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when needed
