We are currently hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time contract at Columbia Correctional Institution in Portage, Wisconsin.
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Full-time (approx. 34 hours/week)
- 26-week assignment
- Orientation required in Racine, WI (travel required for onboarding)
Compensation Options
Local Rate: $95/hr
- Weekly Gross: ~$3,230
Travel Rate (50 miles from facility only): $71/hr $1,246 weekly stipend
- Weekly Gross: ~$3,686
Travel pay is also provided for orientation in Racine, WI if you live 50 miles away.
NP Responsibilities
- Physical exams and evaluations
- Chronic care management and follow-ups
- Treatment planning and documentation
- Coordination with correctional healthcare team
