Specific Bakery Machine Operation Skills Experience .
Must be willing to learn and understand how to Operate every machine and position in Production.
Must be accountable to others, always be on time, dependable, safe and able to work 4 to 8 hours on your feet and lead other team members.

Responsibilities
- Leadership in Cooking or Baking
- Receive and check incoming work orders
- Locate products raw materials for Job
- Retrieve raw materials according to work Orders ensuring accuracy
- Set up Machines, Calibrate Weights and Position Product
- Monitor Machine Operation and down stream team
- Keep records of completed orders
- Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
- Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards
Skills
- Proven experience as Production Supervisor and/or Machine Operator or Other industries experience is OK
- Experience handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Able to read and write in English (speaking Spanish a Plus)
- Great attention to detail
- Diligent and punctual
- Good physical strength and stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
