We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN/NP) to join our growing clinical team.

Position Overview

The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will be responsible for providing high-quality injectable treatments while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role requires strong clinical judgment, advanced aesthetic technique, and the ability to educate and guide patients through individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including:
• Neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, etc.)
• Dermal fillers (HA, biostimulatory fillers)
• PRP/PRF injections (facial, hair, under-eye, wellness)
• Regenerative treatments as trained (exosomes, peptides, etc.)
• Strong clinical skills in IV and injecting techniques
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and medical histories
• Develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices
• Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-care instructions
• Ensure adherence to all medical, safety, and infection-control protocols
• Collaborate with Medical Director and clinical team on treatment standards and outcomes
• Support patient retention through ethical upselling, memberships, and follow-up care
• Participate in ongoing training, protocol updates, and skill development
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Active California RN or NP license (in good standing)
• Minimum 3 years of experience with injectables (fillers)
• Formal injectable training and certification required
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety
• Excellent patient communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
• Professional, polished appearance consistent with a luxury medical setting
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with regenerative medicine (PRP, exosomes, peptides)
• Experience in a high-end medical spa or private practice setting
• Existing patient following is a plus (not required)

• Tuesday to Saturday
• At least 3 days per week
• Day Shift
