Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and excited for their experience
- Host lively party activities, entertainment segments, or themed events to keep guests engaged and energized
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across the whole store and party room
- Manage front desk operations such as checking out customers, answering phones to schedule appointments, process transactions, and handle client inquiries
Experience
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients confidently and provide exceptional customer service
- Previous store management or mentoring experience is a plus for guiding team members and ensuring smooth operations
- Ability to stay energetic and positive throughout long events while maintaining professionalism at all times
