Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair duties in the areas of:
Electrical systems
Mechanical systems
Plumbing
Fabrication and welding
Diagnose and troubleshoot building system issues; make repairs or coordinate appropriate service
Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient operation of district facilities
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed
Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used and stored safely
Work collaboratively with custodial, administrative, and teaching staff to meet facility needs
