Celina City Schools is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and personable individual to join the office team and serve as a Celina Elementary Building Secretary. This vital role supports the daily operations of the school by providing administrative assistance to the building principal, staff, students, and families, while helping maintain a positive and efficient school environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a point of contact for students, parents, and visitors in the school office.
- Maintain accurate records for tasks assigned
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training preferred.
- Prior experience in a school or office setting strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office equipment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced school environment.
- Must pass a BCI/FBI background check and meet all district employment requirements.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, 207-day contracted position
