HOOD RIVER is 60 miles east of Portland. It's a 1 hour drive. Work first hand and close by the farms that supply the restaurant. Full/Part time line cook position in small but special Hood River restaurant.
Ingredient driven menu, true local sourcing of ingredients. We know our farmers by name. We run a careful kitchen, with traditional butchery and fabrication. Be a part of a small crew that works closely together.
