Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Advocate based in Miami, FL. The Sales Advocate will engage with clients, deliver excellent customer service, identify and fulfill sales opportunities, and assist in achieving field sales targets. Additional responsibilities include educating brand ambassadors on product offerings, resolving inquiries, and contributing to sales strategy development. Collaboration with the sales team and participation in training programs to enhance sales skills are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage and support clients
- Experience in Sales and understanding of sales strategies to meet or exceed goals
- Skills in Training and Sales Management to coach and support team members in achieving objectives
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide proactive solutions
- High level of motivation, adaptability, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role and network marketing is a must
