About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dependable, client-focused Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. Experience is welcome, but it is not required-we are willing to train the right person who is looking for a long-term career, takes pride in doing quality work, and enjoys helping people.

As a small pest control company, we believe clients deserve friendly, reliable service from a technician they know and trust-not a rotating list of unfamiliar faces. Our goal is to provide personal, consistent, high quality pest control with the same technician building real relationships with customers over time.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will provide pest control services for commercial clients while representing our company with professionalism, care, and a friendly attitude.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pest control services safely, thoroughly, and according to company standards.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients before, during and after service.
• Learn to identify pest issues, explain treatment options, and recommend prevention steps.
• Build long-term trust with clients by providing consistent service as their regular technician.
• Complete assigned routes efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Keep accurate service records, notes and recommendations using company systems.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicle and equipment.
• Follow all pesticide label requirements, safety procedures, and company policies.

Prior pest control experience is helpful, but not required. We will consider applicants with or without experience who are dependable, coachable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in pest control, client service, maintenance, delivery, landscaping, or another hands-on service role is a plus, but not required.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain required pest control licensing or registration after hire, if not already licensed.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized and manage a daily route.
• Friendly, professional communication skills and a willingness to build relationships with clients.
• Bilingual communications skills are a plus.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, safety procedures, pesticide labels, and service notes.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular field work in a variety of commercial environments.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (such as heavy-duty liquid/granular pesticide jugs, traps and sprays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, climb stairs or ladders, and work in outdoor conditions.
• Comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and other pest-related environments.
• Ability to safely use equipment, chemicals, traps, and personal protective equipment as required.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
