- Proven technical and commercial experience with isolation valve technologies in liquid pipeline applications.
- Strategic product leadership experience within valves, flow control, oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, or related industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing product strategies, growth plans, pricing strategies, and product roadmaps.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing product profitability and business performance.
- Ability to influence and lead across a global matrix organisation without direct authority.
