Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually

- Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
- Overtime - occasionally on Fridays
About the Role:
We’re seeking a mature, decisive leader to oversee our second shift production team of 8–12 employees. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to think on your feet, make sound decisions with limited information, and guide your team through challenges will be critical to success.

- Lead and mentor a second-shift production team
- Foster growth and development within the team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Make informed decisions in fast-paced situations
- Ensure smooth operations during off-shift hours
