Aftermarket Parts/ Sales Specialist
Location: Shawano, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $20.00- $30.00 Based on experience
Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Aftermarket Parts Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in sourcing, selling, and advising customers on aftermarket parts for vehicles, equipment, or machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct aftermarket parts.
- Research and source parts from various suppliers to meet customer needs.
- Review and process parts orders from multiple ordering channels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Handle orders, invoices, and returns efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and supplier offerings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive training is a plus.
- Previous experience in parts sales or inventory management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive or equipment parts and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations (decimals and percentages).
- Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift and move parts and packages as needed.
