Position: Manufacturing Supervisor – 3rd Shift (Direct Hire)
Wage: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour $2.50/hr. shift premium; based on experience
Shift: 3rd Shift; Sunday – Friday, 7:30pm – 5:00am

Manufacturing Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervisor daily production operation in a metals manufacturing environment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output of production
- Lead, train, and develop production employees
- Monitor production schedules, workflow and staffing to meet production targets and customer deadlines
- Oversee machine operation processes
- Conduct safety inspections
- Enforce company policies and maintain a disciplined, respectful, and productive work environment
- 3-5 years’ experience in a metals manufacturing environment
- 1-3 years of leadership, lead operator or supervisor experience
